Get the add-on

This add-on provides you with a toolbar for speeding up most of your daily tasks. Get help with cleaning up and organizing data in your Google Sheets. Select the range of cells you would like to process and click on your task in the list below to see how it works.

Select the range of cells to process

Start the add-on from the menu or pick one of the tools

Start the add-on from Add-ons > Power Tools > Start or pick the tool group you need right from the menu.

Select the range of cells you want to process in your sheet any time before you click Run or any other action button.

Choose the tool or action

You will see the add-on sidebar with a smart toolbar at the top, and seven major tool groups for different tasks. Click on the icon that suits yours: Remove, Clear, Convert, Text, Formulas, Split, or open Data tools.

Pick one of six tools for your task

When you start using the add-on, it will collect your recent actions in the lower part of the sidebar. Simply click on an action to apply it to the selected range again.

You can mark actions that you perform most often as favorites so that you can always have quick access to them.

Open the Favorite tools tab next to Recent tools to use them.
