Is the order process secure?

Yes. All orders and payments are handled and secured by e-commerce platform 2Checkout (a.k.a. Verifone).

How do I order a subscription?

All subscriptions can be ordered directly through add-ons:

  1. Run the tool of interest, click the key icon at the bottom of its window and pick Buy Now:
    You can order a subscription straight from the add-on.
  2. You will see two subscription options: 12-month and lifetime. Pick the one you need and click the Subscribe button next to it:
    2 subscription plans for your needs.
  3. You'll be redirected to the purchase page. Fill out all the necessary details and hit Place order:
    Press Place order on the purchase page.

Once your payment is processed, you will receive the invoice of purchase and the registration email with your activation key.

How do I renew my existing subscription?

No matter the way to renew you choose, automatic or manual, you will get an invoice as payment confirmation. You will also continue using your subscription with the same activation key.

Automatic renewal

By default, the auto-renewal in all add-ons is enabled. It means that your subscription will be renewed on the due date and the same card you used to make the initial order will be charged.

Note. If you initially purchase several subscriptions within one order, all of them will be renewed automatically.
Tip. You can see and adjust renewal options straight from the add-on.

Manual renewal

If you disable the auto-renewal, our add-on will notify you 30 days prior to the subscription expiration. In this case, you will need to renew the subscription manually before it comes to an end:

  1. Run the add-on and click the key icon at its bottom to open your subscription details:

  2. Find and hit the blue Renew subscription button:
    Renew subscription.

    Note. If you initially purchase several subscriptions within one order, there's no way to renew only part of them. All subscriptions will be renewed.
  3. Since 2Checkout is GDPR compliant, you will be asked to confirm a billing email address associated with your current subscription before getting to the order page:
    Confirm delivery (a.k.a. billing email) to proceed with the renewal.

    Note. At the moment you subscription is associated with the email address you used for the very first purchase (even if it's not available anymore). 2Checkout are aware of the issue and are trying to fix it.
    Tip. If you don't remember your billing email address (a.k.a. delivery email address since it gets the invoice and the activation key), contact us at support@ablebits.com with your activation key — we'll help you out.
    Note. 2Checkout allows 3 attempts to enter a matching billing email address for your subscription. If you fail to do so, you'll see a corresponding message:
    You've reached the maximum amount of attempts.
    Please, do not panic! :)

    If you see this message, 2Chekout has just sent the renewal confirmation note to the billing email address associated with your subscription.

    You can proceed to the order page by pressing the RENEW NOW button in that email or contact us at support@ablebits.com. We'll help you get your email address so you could retry and renew from the add-on.

Do you provide official (formal) quotes to purchase?

Sadly, but no.

You see, it is 2Checkout (a.k.a. Verifone) who handles our orders for Google Workspace add-ons and, unfortunately, they don't provide any type of Formal Quotes.

What payment methods can I use?

2Checkout accepts variety of payment options, including credit card, bank/wire transfer, check, PayPal, UK Debit Cards as well as Purchase Orders. There are some local methods available as well, such as Boleto Bancario, Konbini, iDEAL, or WeChat Pay.

How can I place a Purchase Order (PO)?

  1. When you're on the purchase page, select Purchase order as a payment method:
    Purchase Order is among other payment options.
  2. Enter your PO number into the corresponding field that appears at the bottom of the page and press Continue:
    Enter your internal PO number.
  3. To finish your order, you will need to download the Purchase Order Form:
    Download your PO.
  4. Print, sign and send it with your order ID to 2Checkout by upload on the same page or by email indicated there.

Once your PO is reviewed, you will receive an email confirmation with your activation key and more information regarding the order fulfillment.

How much time does it take to deliver the product?

Delivery is electronic. You will get the email with your subscription details in minutes if you pay by credit card.

Can I get a copy of the invoice?

Sure. Just email us to support@ablebits.com with your order ID and we'll resend the invoice.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we provide volume discounts as shown below:

What's more, we offer an additional 10% discount for resellers, educational and non-profit organizations. Just contact us at support@ablebits.com and we'll provide a corresponding coupon code.

What if I want to return your add-on and get my money back?

We provide an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee for all add-ons. If, for any reason, you want to get your money back, just let us know and we will refund your order in full.

Note. All refunds are processed by 2Checkout (a.k.a. Verifone) as well. The reimbursement time depends on the payment method used to place the transaction. See the full list of timeframes here.

we want to buy several licences, but some of our google accounts are temporary (trainees), is it possible to switch account with the same licence during a year or lifetime ?

Thank you for your question.

Sure, we offer a 10% educational discount. However, the 12-month subscription plan is at a special offer at the moment and no additional discount (except the volume one) is applied. If I subscribe, how many templates can I expect to be able to add to my list of templates?
