Is the order process secure?

Yes. All orders and payments are handled and secured by e-commerce platform 2Checkout.

How do I order a subscription?

All subscriptions can be ordered directly through add-ons:

  1. Run the tool of interest, click the key icon at the bottom of its window and pick Buy Now:
    You can order a subscription straight from the add-on.
  2. You will see two subscription options: 12-month and lifetime. Pick the one you need and click the Subscribe button next to it:

  3. You'll be redirected to the purchase page. Fill out all the necessary details and hit Place order:
    Press Place order on the purchase page.

Once your payment is processed, you will receive the invoice of purchase and the registration email with your license key.

Do you provide official (formal) quotes to purchase?

Sadly, but no.

You see, it is 2Checkout who handles our orders for G Suite add-ons and, unfortunately, they don't provide any type of Formal Quotes.

What payment methods can I use?

2Checkout accepts variety of payment options, including credit card, bank/wire transfer, check, PayPal, UK Debit Cards as well as Purchase Orders. There are some local methods available as well, such as Boleto Bancario, Konbini, iDEAL, or WeChat Pay.

How can I place a Purchase Order (PO)?

  1. When you're on the purchase page, select Purchase order as a payment method:
    Purchase Order is among other payment options.
  2. Enter your PO number to the corresponding filed that appears and press Continue:
    Enter your internal PO number.
  3. To finish your order, you will need to download the Purchase Order Form:
    Download your PO.
  4. Print, sign and send it with your order ID to 2Checkout by upload on the same page or by email indicated there.

After your PO is reviewed, you will receive an email confirmation and more information regarding the order fulfillment.

How much time does it take to deliver the product?

Delivery is electronic. You will get the email with your license details in minutes if you pay by credit card.

Can I get a copy of the invoice?

Sure. Just email us to support@ablebits.com with your order ID and we'll resend the invoice.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we provide volume discounts prices as shown below:

What if I want to return your add-on and get my money back?

We provide an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee for all add-ons. If, for any reason, you want to get your money back, just let us know and we will refund your order in full.
