What if I want to return your product and get my money back?

We provide an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee for Ultimate Suite for Excel. If you want to get your money back, just let us know and we'll refund your money in full—no questions asked.

How much time does it take to deliver the product?

An email with your license key will be sent as soon as your payment is approved, which is done almost immediately. If you don't receive the email, please contact us and we'll look into your order.

Do you provide formal quotes before buying?

Yes, we do. If you need a formal quote in the PDF format, please contact us with the following details:

  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Company
  4. Street address
  5. City, State, and postal code
  6. Country
  7. Email address
  8. Billing currency
  9. VAT ID (only applicable to business customers within the European Union)

A quote in the PDF format will be sent to you in 1-2 business days. The quote is valid for 30 days. If it's not processed within that period, it will be automatically canceled.

To proceed with turning the quote into a real order, click "ORDER LINK" in the quote.

How can I place a Purchase Order (PO)?

Note! The Purchase order option is available in some countries only.

We accept POs only for orders of USD 500 or more.

On the purchase page, select Purchase order from the list of other payment methods.

My organization is tax exempt, how do I purchase without sales tax?

If your organization is based in the U.S. and holds a valid tax exemption certificate, you can make purchases without being charged sales tax. Here's how to do it:

  1. Request a 2Checkout tax-exempt ID
    Send your tax-exemption certificate to refund@2checkout.com. Once verified, you'll receive a 2Checkout tax-exempt ID.
  2. Enter your ID during the order process
    • Start placing your order.
    • Enter your company name in the corresponding field. This is required for the tax-exempt option to appear.
    • Select the option The company is tax-exempt.
    • Enter your 2Checkout tax-exempt ID in the appropriate field.

    Note. The company name you enter doesn't need to exactly match your certificate. 2Checkout only verifies the tax-exempt ID.

  3. Complete your purchase without sales tax
    Once the ID is applied, sales tax will be removed from your order total.

You can use your 2Checkout tax-exempt ID for other orders, as long as your 2Checkout tax-exempt ID is still valid.

How can I get an invoice?

After your order is processed, an invoice will be sent to the specified email address. If you need a copy of the invoice, you can retrieve it by logging into your 2Checkout account.

If you have any difficulties, please contact us with your order ID, and we'll send you a copy of the invoice.

Can I get a discount?

Yes, you can get a volume discount that depends on the quantity of licenses you're going to purchase:

Are there any recurring fees?

There are no recurring fees. Your license is a lifetime one, meaning you can use the purchased version as long as it remains compatible with your operating system and Excel environment.

How long can I use my license?

You can use the purchased version of Ultimate Suite as long as it remains compatible with your operating system and Excel environment.

What is the upgrade policy?

For 2 years following your purchase, you'll receive all minor updates and major versions upgrades for free.
