How can I activate my subscription?

Once you become our happy subscriber, you receive the message with your license key along with the activation instructions.

Alternatively, feel free to follow the steps described in this guide to unlock the tool.

I haven't received my license key

After your order is processed, a registration message with your license details is sent to your billing email address. Please check your Spam/Junk/Trash email folders if you don't see it in your Inbox.

If you're still unable to locate it, please email us to support@ablebits.com with your order ID, and we'll resend you the key.

I've just purchased a new key but the add-on says Subscription has expired

Sometimes the server requires few activation attempts to respond, so please do try to activate your add-on again a few more times.

If this doesn't help, please email us to support@ablebits.com with your license key and the screenshot of the error, we'll look into the issue.

I'm entering my license key but it's saying Exceeded number of users

This error occurs only if all available subscriptions for your key have already been activated.

If you'd like to use the add-on under another account, you need to either transfer the subscription or order an additional one.

I'm getting the Wrong product error when trying to unlock the tool

This message hints that you're trying to activate an incorrect add-on.

Note. Each add-on, whether single or Power Tools - a collection of add-ons, is a different product that requires different subscription.

Please make sure to install and activate the correct tool.

My subscription has stopped working and the add-on is asking me to purchase again

This usually happens for two reasons:

  1. If you're logged in under multiple Google accounts.

    This is caused by an issue on the side of Google and, sadly, we cannot bypass or control it. If this is the case, you need to sign out and log back in only under the subscribed account. Then use your key to activate the subscription back.

  2. When you reinstall the add-on. Simply use your key to activate your tool back.
