Once you become our happy subscriber, you will get an email with your personal activation key and the activation instructions.
Alternatively, feel free to follow the steps described in this guide to unlock the tool.
As soon as your order is processed, a registration email with your activation details will be sent to your billing email address. Please check your Spam/Junk/Trash email folders if you don't see it in your Inbox.
If you're still unable to locate it, please email us to support@ablebits.com with your order ID, and we'll resend you the key.
Sometimes the server requires a few activation attempts to respond, so please do try to activate your add-on again a couple more times.
If this doesn't help, email us to support@ablebits.com with your key and the screenshot of the error, we'll look into the issue.
This error occurs only if all available subscriptions for your key have already been activated.
If you'd like to use the add-on under another account, you need to either transfer the subscription or order an additional one.
This message hints that you're trying to activate an incorrect add-on.
Please make sure to install and activate the correct tool.
This usually happens for two reasons:
This is caused by an issue on the side of Google and, sadly, we cannot bypass or control it. If this is the case, you need to sign out and log back in only under the subscribed account. Then use your key to activate the subscription back.

I have two Gmail email accounts, one is for corporate and the other is personal. At work i can only access my corporate Gmail account and not my personal. My question is do i have to purchase two licenses keys or just one and i can use it on both emails? The other question is do i install the addon in chrome or googlesheets?

Thank you for your questions. Our subscription is account-based. If the product is going to be used under different Google accounts at the same time, you need to have several subscriptions, so there is one for each account. In the meantime, you can transfer the subscription when needed, if you feel comfortable with that:
