How to use Alert Reply All

You will appreciate the Alert Reply All feature if you often hit Reply when you should hit Reply all in Outlook. The utility can check if there are several recipients and you will get the Reply All warning in case you forget to include them all in response to a group email:
Reply All warning message.
To enable the Reply All alert, just press the Alert to Reply All button on the AbleBits tab in the ribbon:
Reply All warning message.
To turn the option off, click the button again.

Also, you can use the Prevent Reply All utility to avoid sending an email to all initial recipients by accident.

Is the add-in for Outlook Reply all free? Do I need to purchase the entire program?

Hello Stephen,

Thank you for your questions. Alert to Reply All is available only in our Add-ins Collection for Outlook. You can install its trial version and test the tool during 30 days for free. Here is the direct download link:
https://www.ablebits.com/files/get.php?addin=ol-collection

However, when the trial period is over, you will need to purchase a license for the Collection if you want to continue using the tool.
