Licensing and activation

  • You haven't received your license key
As soon as your payment is processed, you'll get an automatically generated email message with your license information. If you haven't received it, please check your Spam/Junk/Trash folders. If there's no message there, please contact us at support@ablebits.com and we'll send you all the necessary information asap.
  • The activation limit is exceeded
If you're entering your license key and there's a message saying "Activation limit exceeded", it means that your key was automatically blocked by our registration server due to the exceeded limit of activations. Please contact our support team at support@ablebits.com

  • You're getting the Incorrect License Key message
  • After reinstallation, your license key has stopped working
First of all, make sure that you've installed the right version and edition of Ultimate Suite. Please find more details here.

Secondly, if you have recently upgraded or updated Microsoft Windows or Office, the latest version of Ultimate Suite might be needed. With the license purchased less than two years ago, you're eligible for a free upgrade. If your license was purchased more than two years ago, you're entitled to a discount.
