How to join an encrypted team

As soon as you're added to a team that is not password-protected, you'll see that team and all its templates in your Shared Email Templates account. To join an encrypted team—the one marked with a red key icon—you'll need a password that your admin should provide you with. After getting the team password, follow these steps:

1. On the Shared Email Templates pane in your Outlook or Gmail, select the encrypted team you want to join.
2. The Encrypted templates dialog will appear. Enter your team password:
   
3. Click the Get access button.

Now you're part of the team and can use the team templates.
