Note. Please be informed, that if you exceed the activation limit, your key will be temporarily blocked by our registration server.

Can I transfer my license to another machine?

Sure! You can transfer a license from one computer to another. Simply uninstall the product from an old machine (if possible), then download the product on a new machine, install and activate it using your current license key.

I've just downloaded and installed AbleBits Add-Ins Collection for MS Outlook to assess if it is useful for me. I used to have Kutools for Outlook, but somehow my Outlook started crashing on it, so now I'm looking for an alternative.
In order to find out what the license costs are, I've located the Buy-button under About in Ablebits, but I get a website (https://order.mycommerce.com/cart/view), that tells me "Product does not exist! At least one of the requested products does not exist."
So a. will I be able to license AbleBits if I like it (after the 30-days trial) and b. What would be the price?

Hello Christiaan,

We no longer sell AbleBits Add-Ins Collection for MS Outlook. We are not planning to develop the add-in further, it will be an end-of-life product in 2023. The Collection was built using the previous generation of the Office extensibility technologies that are out of date. We are moving forward and more focused on cloud-based solutions now.

I installed Outlook Add-Ins Collection on a computer I use for work, but it will not allow me to uninstall it so I can "reclaim" the license. How can I do so otherwise? I'm turning this computer in to exchange it for a newer one.

Thank you.

Dear customer service,

Since saturday some of our users get a notice that the license for Outlook Add In Additions has expired, but we have a lifetime subscription. We tried updating the Add In, but without succes.
Do you have any ideas as to how we can solve this issue?

Kind regards,

Miguel Grant
