Merge to Letter & PDF in Google Docs

With Easy Mail Merge, you can now do more than just send tailored emails. A new tool, Merge to Letter & PDF, lets you create personalized documents like letters, invoices, and ready-to-print PDFs directly from any Google Docs template.

Here's what you'll be able to do:

  • Design templates in Google Docs and link them directly to your mailing list in Google Sheets.

Improvements

Enhanced email delivery statuses for Easy Mail Merge

Replied and Rejected statuses are now tracked automatically, without requiring the Track opened emails option. Rest assured, this tracking method meets all privacy standards.

Now, when you enable the Track opened emails option, you'll see a helpful privacy reminder to ensure responsible use.
