How to start

You can open Shared Email Templates & Signatures for Gmail when you're reading an email, replying to an email, or creating an email.

Note. If you haven't installed the Shared Email Templates add-in yet, follow this installation guide.

How to start extension for Gmail in your browser

When replying to an email message or creating a new one in Gmail, run Shared Email Templates by clicking its icon to the right of your browser address bar:
Start Shared Email Templates for Gmail by clicking on its icon.

The add-on will appear as a Gmail side panel.

Tip. If you don't see the app icon, click the Extensions icon first, find Shared Email Templates in the list of your Chrome tools, and click on the pin so it's always visible next to your browser address bar:
Pin the extension in your Chrome browser.
