Select all cells - Select all cells of the selected Excel Pivot Table.

Select page fields area - Select page fields area of the selected Pivot Table.

Select header - Select header of the selected Pivot Table.

Select blank area - Select blank area of the selected Excel Pivot Table.

Select origin - Select origin of the selected Excel Pivot Table.
