On how many machines can I install my license?

You can install the add-in on 3 your computers, e.g your work PC, home PC, laptop or your 3 different work PCs. If the add-in is going to be used by different individuals, you need to purchase several licenses (one license for each person).

What payment method can I use?

We accept nearly all payment methods. You can pay using any major credit cards, debit cards from Switch/Maestro/Solo issued in UK, Bank / Wire transfer, or order by fax. You can also pay via PayPal - just select "PayPal" as a Payment option in the form below.

What if I don't like the add-in and want my money back?

We provide an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee for all the add-ins. If for any reason you want to get your money back, just let us know and we will refund your purchase with no questions asked.

How long will it take to get the add-in?

The delivery is instant for credit cards payments. You will have the add-in in minutes if you pay by credit cards.

For how long can I use my license? Is there annual or renewal fee?

You purchase the add-in once and use it permanently, because your license is life-time. There are no annual or renewal fees. You get all minor updates for free. Major upgrades (e.g. from version 3 to version 4) are free for one year, after one year major upgrades are at half price.

However, if you purchase the Excel collection of 9 add-ins, all minor and major upgrades are free life-time.

Can I get a hard copy of the software on a CD or DVD?

Currently we don't provide hard copies on CDs, our add-ins are electronically delivered via downloads. After you purchase the add-in, you can download a setup file anytime you need it from our registered users area.
