What payment method can I use?

We accept nearly all payment methods. You can pay using any major credit cards, Bank / Wire transfer, or order by fax.

What if I don't like the add-in and want my money back?

We provide an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee for all the add-ins. If for any reason you want to get your money back, just let us know and we will refund your purchase with no questions asked.

How long will it take to get the add-in?

You will have the add-in in minutes if you pay by credit cards.

For how long can I use my license? Is there an annual or a renewal fee?

You purchase the add-in once and use it permanently because your license is life-time. There are no annual or renewal fees. You get all minor updates for free. Major upgrades (e.g. from version 3 to version 4) are free for one year, after one year major upgrades are at half price.

Do you provide discounts?

Can I get a hard copy of the software on a CD or DVD?

Currently we don't provide hard copies on CDs, our add-ins are delivered electronically via downloads. After you purchase the add-in, you can download a setup file anytime you need it from our registered users area.
