To make the Shared Email Templates add-in update, follow these steps:
Note. Since it might take up to 24 hours for Shared Email Templates to appear in your Outlook desktop, we recommend that you reinstall the add-in when you're not going to use it, for example before a weekend break.
If Update is not available under Actions, and your users can't find Shared Email Templates when reading emails, please redeploy the add-in. We recommend that you redeploy the add-in when your users are not going to use it, for example before a weekend break.
Note. If you installed the add-in using a custom manifest file, please contact us and we'll send you a new one.
