My license key doesn't work

Your license key may not work for 2 reasons:

 

1) Your license key is outdated.

 

If you purchased the add-in after October 8, 2014, you are entitled for a free upgrade. Please email us if you haven't received your updated key.

 

If you got the products before October 8, 2014, you can upgrade to the latest version for 50% off the new license price. Or you can download the version compatible with your license key

 

2) You are trying to activate a different add-in or an obsolete version of your product.

 

Please make sure you download the latest version of the product that you purchased.

Hi Irina

 

I'm reformatting my laptop and need to reinstall back Excel as well as the Merger Table Wizard which I purchase earlier. Problem is , it unable to activate due to I believe, the license need to be reset. Can you guys help to reset it back?

Thank you for your question and your email.

 

According to our database your license key is fully active. Most likely you are trying to activate the wrong version of Merge Tables Wizard.

 

Please uninstall the add-in via Control Panel.

Download and install the version compatible with your key using this direct link:

https://www.ablebits...-excel-2616.zip

 

Open Excel and try to register the add-in again.

I am trying to re install Advanced Find & Replace which was purchased January 15, 2012. My License name is ...  and the key I was given is not working, and the key I have is ... 

 

I would appreciate any help you can provide to help resolve this issue.

My organization purchased the Merge Tables Add-In in June 2014 and did not receive the follow up email with the license key.  We have tried calling and emailing the company to no avail.  Please help.

Hi Maria,

 

Thank you for your response.  I've checked my inbox and the spam folder and do not see any messages.  We do receive the automated messages when we email the Ablebits support team.  We did receive an email when the purchase was made, however, we didn't get the follow up email with the license key.  I didn't get a notice that you posted to this site until I came out to see if my message got posted.  (so please disregard the last post).

 

How would you suggest we touch base?

but my licence key is invalid!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please let me clarify our license policy. One license can be installed to 1 PC for a single user. You need to have as many licenses as there are users or PCs. You can transfer your license from one user / PC to another if necessary. 

 

Please also note when you purchase more than one copy of the same product, you automatically get a 20 % discount.

Hello,

 

My company makes use of multiple pieces of software you provide. I am extremely perplexed and frankly annoyed that having spent the money we have on multiple products, that my REPEATED requests for an updated license key for Ultimate Suite have gone apparently ignored. We now require this new key to continue to utilize the software we have paid for. I have made several attempts to obtain this, via the prompt contained within the software itself, via email to your support department, and by calling your support line. All attempts have either been rebuffed or ignored entirely. 

 

Is someone here able to assist me?
