That doesn't work, it won't allow us to delete the key that's there for the trial

We have purchased but the trail is still running and we can't seem to add the paid up subscription key

We have purchased a subscription and activated the license key for one user. It says that one license key can be used for several users though. If we would like to activate it for another user can we add it to the existing subscription, or do we need a new license key? Please advise. Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us. Our records show you have only 1 subscription for the add-in.
Please note that our subscription is account-based. If the product is going to be used under different Shared Email Templates accounts at the same time, you need to have several subscriptions, so there is one for each account. Simply said, each user should be licensed.

I cannot find my license key for the product. I purchased yesterday and the key is not in the email confirmation.

Do you sell license keys just for Shared Email Templates. Shared Email Templates is the only add-in that we will be needing and it would be for around 30 users.
