I have Ablebits on my computer, but have another computer at home now that I miss using Ablebits on when I am working from home. With my licence, am I able to put Ablebits on my home computer to with out having to buy it twice? If so how do I find my licence agreement # or Key to activate it on my Home Computer? Thank You.

Do you have a direct link to the Mac install for Shared Email Templates for Outlook? I've having trouble installing the app through the current process. I get an installation failed error when trying to install.
Thanks!

Hello Winston,

Thank you for your comment. I am really sorry that you are having difficulties with installation.

This error may occur in case you install the add-in in a shared mailbox. Please have a look at our troubleshooting guide.

Also, you can try to install the add-in via a manifest file. The instructions on how to do this are available here.

If you still have any difficulties, please email us at support@ablebits.com for further assistance.

Hey im trying to activate my Ablebits but i keep getting a error saying excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLD action

Is there any way i can install the add in without requiring admin rights?

Hello,

Please try to install the Business edition of the add-in that doesn't require admin rights for installation. You can download the most recent version from this web-page.

If you have any other questions or need assistance with the installation, please contact us at support@ablebits.com.

Thanks for this information. But, does this mean that we are unable to use the Personal edition if we don't have Admin rights? Or can I change it from the Business edition to the Personal edition after the installation is complete?

hi,
I just purchase merge wizard tables for excel from Apple store, but when I tried to merge lookup table, "PLEASE SELECT A VALID RANGE'' pops up. I tried the free version, was happy with it. Now I really am disappointed. Is there any way to get things right ?

Hi, is there a MAC version available? Thanks Bill

When Upgrading Office 2016 to Office 365 for Business, Ablebits is broken, requiring a complete uninstall and reinstall of the Ablebits. We are using version 18.2.1197.5836

Hello John,
Thank you for contacting us.

Please first try to install the latest version of Ultimate Suite and check if the problem persists there:
- Uninstall the current version of Ultimate Suite via Control Panel.
- Download and install the latest Ultimate Suite directly from this page.
- Open Excel and make sure you see Ablebits tabs in your Ribbon and everything works correctly.

If, however, you encounter any difficulties when installing/using the software, please contact us at support@ablebits.com. We'll do our best to help you.

After the last update of ablebit addon voor Outlook Hitman Pro Alert closes Excel because of the excel-ultimate-suite-loader.updater.exe.

I tried to exclude the exe but it don't work, i also tried to remane it but a new is created automaticly and stops Ecxel again. Only exclude Excel.exe or disable exploitprevention works but that cannot be the case.

How can I prevent that exel is stoped by hitman pro but can use ablebit addon

regards
Bert
