This error may occur, in very rare cases, when you are trying to install the latest version of the add-in over your current, registered version. You may get one of the following errors:
Please do not worry, these errors are easily fixed. All you need to do is to delete the activation key from the registry. To remove the key, please download, unzip and execute the reg file (see table below). After that install the add-in again and activate it.

The registration keys are stored in the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Add-in Express registry branch.
For example, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Add-in Express\Auto BCC for Outlook\Key
To fix the "register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed" error, you just delete an add-in activation key from the registry. Then install the add-in again and activate it.
