How to work with the Favorites

If you tend to use some particular templates more often than others, you'll appreciate always having them at hand on the Favorites tab.

Use the Favorites tab for the most popular templates

Once you pick such templates, you can arrange them the way you like: have them all in one folder or organize them into any number of folders.

Add a template to Favorites

  1. Select the template you want to add to favorites on the Templates or the Search tab;
  2. Click the Add to Favorites icon on the Template Phrases toolbar. Add a template to favorites by clicking on this icon You can also right-click on the template and select the Add to Favorites option Right-click on the template and add it to favorites The template will be marked with a star and added to the list on the Favorites tab. The marked template will be listed on the Favorites tab

    Tip: If you want to add a template to a particular Favorite folder, click on the little arrow next to the Add to Favorites icon on the toolbar.

    Click on this arrow to add a template to some favorite folder If you add a template by right-clicking on it, the folders will be available next to the Add to Favorites option. See favorite folders next to the option

Create a new folder in Favorites

There are 3 ways of adding a new folder:

  1. Go to the Favorites tab and click on the New folder icon on the main menu, enter the new folder name and click OK.
  2. When adding a template to Favorites, select the New folder option: It is available if you click on the little arrow next to the Add to Favorites icon on the toolbar. Click on this arrow to add a new favorite folder If you add a template by right-clicking on it, new folder will be available next to the Add to Favorites option. Create a new folder when adding a template to favorites
  3. Enter the new folder name and click OK. The folders will be organized on the Favorites tab

Remove a template from Favorites

  1. Select a template you want to remove and click the Remove from Favorites icon on the main menu. Remove a template or folder from favorites by clicking on this icon
  2. Or right-click the template you want to remove and select the Remove from Favorites option Right-click on the template and remove it from favorites

Remove a folder from Favorites

  1. Go to the Favorites tab and select the folder with the templates you want to remove.
  2. Click the Remove from Favorites icon on the main menu. Remove a template or folder from favorites by clicking on this icon
  3. Or right-click the folder you want to remove and select the Remove from Favorites option.
  4. Click OK.

Note! The folder will be removed from Favorites with all the templates it contains.
