You can use Duplicate Remover to find Outlook duplicates in one folder or in different folders. A found duplicate can be marked with flag, deleted, copied or moved to any folder you choose.

You can use this add-in for Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2003, Outlook XP (2002), & Outlook 2000.

Once an Outlook duplicate is found, you can take the following actions:

• Mark with a flag - a duplicate will be marked with a flag;
• Remove the flag - the flag will be removed;
• Move to folder... - a duplicate will be moved to the specified duplicate folder;
• Copy to folder... - a duplicate will be copied to the duplicate folder;
• Copy to folder and mark with a flag... - a duplicate will be copied to the duplicate folder and marked with a flag in its current location.
• Delete duplicate (move to the Deleted Items folder) - a duplicate will be moved to the Deleted Items folder.
• Delete duplicate permanently - a duplicate will be deleted permanently (bypassing the Deleted Items folder).

Duplicates Remover for Outlook is fully compatible with Microsoft Exchange Server and may be used to process public folders on the server. Also, if you have the permission to connect to the Outlook folders of other users, you can process these folders as your own.

When you search duplicates across several folders the Priority system of the add-in allows you to specify which of the identical items should be considered a duplicate.
