Vicki Mendez-Perez

"In 1999 I bought my first computer and was instantly in love with all the different programs that were available. One year later I got a job working at the Lyford CISD Media Center doing everything from newsletters to announcements - that is where I was thrown into the waters of Microsoft and was forced to learn as much as possible in a short time. I found so many of my answers by searching the internet so now it's my turn to return the favor."

Victoria N. Perez, mother of three and self-proclaimed tech junky, lives and works in the small South Texas town of Lyford, TX. She is a recent graduate of the University of Phoenix having earned her Bachelor's of Science in Business Accounting. Victoria works at Lyford CISD in the Business Office as a bookkeeper and overall go-to person for all Microsoft questions. She is very active in her children's activities and various community activities serving as chair for the Relay for Life of Willacy County, secretary for the LHS Band Boosters, co-chair of the Fair Housing Action Plan Committee, and volunteer with the Genesis Drum and Bugle Corp.
