Hi there, I'm Irina Pozniakova, and most of my time here I provide support for the add-ins we create, (you can see them all on our website www.ablebits.com); other times I entertain myself with testing these add-ins.

The story of how I came to be here is: I graduated from the Foreign Languages department of our Gomel State University, in which I'm studying for my Master's degree now. During my university years I participated in the UGRAD program: I had a great experience of studying at the University of Vermont and used every chance to travel around the US. That year helped to improve my American English skills :). In my final year I combined studies with working at the American Center for Education and Research, which geared me up for intensive work. Finally, what led me here was my previous job at EPAM systems as a software tester, where I received proper training for the work. Then Andrei and Eugene attracted me to my current position. Since then I've been enjoying working in a team of true professionals and real gentlemen, and this experience has been the nicest so far :)
